Club Minutes for 2012
Minutes of the meeting held on 3rd January 2012
The meeting began a little later than normal with 13 members and 2 visitors present.
The cheque with the proceeds of the Beacons Run is now to be presented in the February meeting before the AGM therefore we will be starting the meeting at 7.30 pm promptly instead of the usual 8 pm.
Membership fees are now due and will be collected during the next meeting.
New Year’s Day Breakfast Run – 7 members met to blow the cobwebs away on New Year’s Day and have breakfast in the café at the Pier however the café was closed so we had to adjourn to Forte’s café.
The Christmas meal is now to be held on Thursday 19th January – meet in the Wig and Pen at 7.30 pm and the venue for the meal will be decided upon on the night.
